BLS for the Healthcare Provider

This course is designed for professional healthcare providers requiring a completion card/certification.
The course includes CPR for Infant, Child and Adult, Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (FBAO) or choking, use of pocket mask, use of valve mask, and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
BLS Skills Test
(1 hour)
$35/student
The Skills Test allows the student the opportunity to complete Part I of the BLS course online through the AHA and complete Parts II and III (hands-on training and skills test) with us. Because the BLS course is more technical, we do not recommend this option for first-time BLS course takers.
Heartsaver AED (including adult/child CPR)
$45/student
This course teaches proper techniques for using an automated external defibrillator (AED) on adults and children in addition to Adult/Child CPR. Infant CPR may be added free by request and extends the class by one additional hour.
Heartsaver CPR
$40/student (includes Adult, Child and Infant CPR)
This course covers recognizing and managing signs of heart attack, cardiac arrest, stroke, relief of foreign body airway obstruction (FBAO) or choking, and the use of barrier devices in adults, children and infants.
Heartsaver First Aid
$40/student
This course will cover a variety of first aid topics including, treating shock, burns, bleeding emergencies, musculoskeletal injuries, poisoning, bites and stings, heat and cold related injuries, epinephrine pen use, and specific body injuries. It also includes instruction for establishing scene safety and universal barrier precautions.
Heartsaver First Aid with CPR and AED
$75/student
This course includes adult, child, and infant CPR, use of the AED, and Heartsaver First Aid.
Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid
$75/student (includes CPR and AED training)
Open to all, this course is designed for participants responsible for children’s health and required to meet state-specific training, including education and childcare professionals, recreation and community program staff, caretakers, etc.
Bloodborne Pathogens
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course material, do not represent income to the Association.
